最近看到24歲的美國超級紅星Katy Perry，今年剛唱紅了「I Kissed a Girl」 ，舞台上以扮裝大膽著稱，據說特別喜歡用水果當裝飾。昨天看到新聞，她最近因為一張照片，引來喧然大波，這張照片如上圖。
據說這張照片原本要用在她最新專輯「One For The Boys」中，而且據說這張照片還是知名的攝影師Richardson的作品，他之前都是在幫Gucci、Tommy Hilfiger拍照片，已經以愛拍邊緣尺度的照片而知名。這張照片在拍攝時，Katy可能沒有想太多，反正拿一把刀，表情有點兇狠，應該沒關係吧？許多音樂團體不都是搞這種形象嗎？
萬萬沒想到的是，Katy貼照片的那天，剛好在遙遠的英國，才剛發生一件青少年刺殺事件，16歲的青少年Joseph Lappin遇刺身亡，父母傷心欲絕，社會怒吼憤慨，在這時候，Katy哪壺不開提哪壺，竟貼了這麼一張拿著刀子的照片，英國民眾看了，抗議！抗議！
Katy也看到抗議聲浪，她的回應竟也保持一貫的無釐頭，她馬上在她的網頁也回應了一張照片，手上的利刃，換成了無辜的湯匙，表情也變得和善，沒想到，這張照片再度被媒體拿出來炒作，炒到今天有點失去控制了。
麻煩的是，Katy就在今天還要在倫敦的MTV頒獎典禮上作主持人，她主持的地點，據說離那位男孩遇刺的地點只有幾哩遠而已。媒體抓住這個連結性，拚命報。
所以，原本我想買一個照相手機，看到什麼隨處就拍，現在，我有點想卻步。

在美國另一處，在這個月也傳出一個「照片事件」，有一個警察，因為在10月底的萬聖節變裝派對中裝成以下這麼一個模樣，而在這周被解僱了。裝成3K黨的不是他，而是他的朋友，但他則裝成納粹，比出納粹手勢。
雖然警察不是名人，但警察是「警察」，美國剛選出一個少數族裔的總統，整個社會的氣氛絕不容許這樣的一個事件，就算只是在化裝舞會開個小玩笑，上網後就不是玩笑了！
我不想寫太多，但一路看到這些案例，我會發現一件事：
同樣一張照片，在不同的時間，就會產生不一樣的效果。
今天的風波，到明天不見得會是風波。
五年前要被抓去關無期徒刑的事，五年後甚至變得不可以定罪。
但看看這些因為照片而起風波的這麼多人之中，其中最可憐的，應該是那個警察。
我不是在同情他的作為，身為少數族裔我當然是反對這些白人至上的種族歧視，但不禁也一嘆，他的一個小失誤，造成群眾的反彈，群眾反彈完、高興了以後，回去他們自己的工作崗位，繼續的工作。但警察呢？他真的失去了工作，一夕之間眾叛親離，想想，當年他可能考了好幾年才當上警官，娶妻、生子，一夜之間，因為一張ＰＯ上網的照片，從此就變成了無業遊民。
因為一張，發生在錯誤時間的錯誤照片。
