想要成為流行服裝公司的新形象代言人，剛出道的模特兒通常都必須很積極的到處面試。美國知名服裝品牌的創辦人Marc Jacobs 看到這點，日前宣布將拋開傳統的面試方式，改採用從搜索Twitter和instagram不同網路平台上的圖片的徵召方式來選拔新的2014秋冬形象廣告模特。

想要應徵的模特只要在Twitter或Instagram上傳自己的自拍並標籤關鍵字hashtag＃CastMeMarc ，就有機會獲選為代言人。目前在instagram和Twitter上已有8萬多人參加這場’’模特面試’’，也大大增加了Mar Jacobs在社群媒體上的品牌曝光數量。
